St. Petersburg Studio Tour 2008

St. Petersburg Studio Tour is a self-guided tour of professional artist studios in St. Petersburg, Florida.

This event is held twice a year – once in the spring & again in the fall.

The inaugural tours are on Saturday March 15th and Saturday November 15th, 2008.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Saturday prior to the tours (March 8th & November 8th), a show promoting the studio tour will be

hosted by Craftsman House at 2955 Central Avenue. Each studio on the tour will have work in the show.

This show will coincide with the Downtown Arts Association’s gallery walk.

The City of St. Petersburg has undergone a dramatic revitalization in recent years.

Our city is now referred to as the City of the Arts and we are recognized throughout

the country as a city with a strong arts community.

American Style Magazine recently ranked St. Petersburg as one of their top 25 arts destinations.

Our museums, large non-profit galleries and independently owned galleries

all contribute to the vibrant arts scene.

The St. Petersburg Studio Tour brings you, the arts enthusiasts, into the personal spaces of the

professional artists who are the creative fuel of our city’s transformation.
